About

SkyExpress was a low-cost carrier based at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport in Russia and ceased operations as an independent operation on 29-Oct-2011. The SkyExpress brand continued to exist though it was folded into Kuban Airlines. The airline was established in 2006 as Russia’s first LCC, with investment from KrasAir CEO, Boris Abramovich, EBRD, Altima Partners and others. SkyExpress operated scheduled services to destinations in western Russia from its Moscow base.

SkyExpress now operates as a travel distribution company, allowing customers to book airfares via it's website.
