About
Founded in Nov-2017, SKS Airways is a carrier based at Senai International Airport, Johor Bahru. A part of the SKS Group of companies, the carrier provides domestic short-range leisure, commuter and charter services using a fleet of turboprop aircraft. A conditional Air Services License (ASL) was issued to SKS Airways by Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) on 01-Mar-2019. SKS Airways was awarded a full service licence by MAVCOM on 01-Jan-2022. The carrier was also awarded an air operator certificate from the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia on 01-Oct-2021. SKS Airways launched with Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah-Pangkor service on 25-Jan-2022.
