Orenair was a full service carrier based at Orengburg Tsentralny Airport. Established in 1932, the carrier operated domestic and international services as well as chartered services to Europe, Asia and Africa.

Aeroflot implemented an integration programme to merge subsidiaries Orenair and Donavia into Rossiya - Russian Airlines. The merger commenced on 26-Mar-2016 with Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) annulling Orenair's Air Operator's Certificate on 01-Jun-2016. Orenair ceased under the Orenair brand effective 28-Mar-2016.
