Originally established in 1994, Mokulele Airlines is a US commuter airline based at its primary hub of Kahului Airport, Hawaii. The carrier provides scheduled and charter services throughout the Hawaiian islands utilising Cessna turboprop equipment. Mokulele Airlines previously was owned by Transpac Holdings, Inc. Southern Airways acquired Mokulele Airlines on 12-Feb-2019, and intends to keep the Mokulele brand active while operating services on the Southern Airways FAA operating certificate.

In Jun-2020, Mokulele Airlines announced a merger with Makani Kai Air and plans to commence service between Honolulu and Lanai.
