Republic Airways Holdings operated scheduled commercial passenger services as Frontier Airlines and Midwest Airlines. Together they operated fixed-fee air services agreements with major US airlines, under airline partner brands, such as AmericanConnection, Continental Express, Delta Connection, United Express, and US Airways Express. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Midwest operated domestic services from its hub at General Mitchell International Airport. In 2010, Republic Airways Holdings merged Midwest Airlines into its Frontier Airlines brand. Midwest's YX code was retired in Nov-2010.
