Kriber Airlines was a Spanish start-up planning to operate from a hub from Spain’s abandoned Ciudad Real Airport. The start-up carrier was founded in Feb-2013 and planned to create 1500 jobs by establishing a cargo hub at the airport. In Feb-2013, Kriber issued a EUR40 million bid for Ciudad Real, however, the proposition was later rejected by the Court of First Instance.
