About

IPP Air Cargo was a proposed cargo carrier by IMEX Pan Pacific to be based in Vietnam. The carrier planned to launch its first flight from Hai Phong Cat Bi Airport if it received its licence by the end of Nov-2022.

In Oct-2022, IMEX Pan Pacific Group chairman Jonathan Hanh Nguyen confirmed the company requested government end the process of licensing its application to launch IPP Air Cargo. Mr Nguyen noted air cargo demand is expected to decline and said the company will resume the plan when the global market recovers and stabilises. IPP Air Cargo requested to withdraw its licence application to Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam in Nov-2022.
