iAero Airways
About
Established in 1997 as Swift Air LLC, iAero Airways was a US based part-121 aircraft manager and operator of business and commercial jets, available for charter and private use. Swift Air rebranded in 2019 to iAero Airways, after iAero Group completed the acquisition of Swift Air on 23-May-2019. iAero Airways continued to operate as a charter service provider using narrowbody aircraft.
iAero Airways filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 reorganisation on 19-Sep-2023 with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division. iAero Airways ceased operations on 06-Apr-2024 following an unsuccessful effort to restructure under bankruptcy protection.
