About
Express Airline is a commuter carrier based in China. Express Airline received its business licence and Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from CAAC Central and Southern Regional Administration to operate short haul air transportation in Aug-2020. The carrier also signed an agreement with Okay Airways Hunan branch company to rely on Okay's fleet model and network to operate services within one hour radius, operating between regional airports in Hunan Province and Changsha Huanghua International Airport. Express Airline commenced operations in Sep-2020 and is scheduled to receive five MA60 aircraft in 2021.
