Chair Airlines AG
About
Chair Airlines (formerly known as HolidayJet and Germania Flug AG) is a Swiss owned carrier, formerly a subsidiary of Duesseldorf-based defunct airline, Germania. The carrier was established under a JV agreement with tour operator Hotelplan. Chair Airlines is based at Zurich International Airport and provides services to destinations in Europe and Northern Africa. Hotelplan Suisse terminated its agreement with Germania Flug AG, effective 31-Oct-2015. Parent carrier Germania terminated service operations on 05-Feb-2019, however the suspension had no effect on Chair Airlines, which is now owned by Albex Aviation (50.01%) and Enter Air (49.99%). Germania Flug AG rebranded as 'Chair Airlines AG' on 01-Jul-2019.
