About

Cargoitalia was an Italian cargo airline based at Milan Malpensa Airport. The airline was established in 2005 after majority shareholder, ALIS Holding, purchased assets from the dedicated cargo division of Alitalia. Aircraft, pilots, engines and spares, technical support and MRO services were acquired from Alitalia. The airline commenced revenue services in 2009, and operates regular cargo services to North America, the Middle East and Asia.
