Aviacsa was a Mexican LCC based at Mexico City International Airport. The carrier operated domestic services from Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara and international service to Las Vegas until it was grounded in Jul-2009. Aviacsa attempted to recommence services in May-2011 but Mexican aviation authorities suspended the re-launch of Aviacsa as it  failed to pay USD1.9 million in debts owed to Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport.
