Albatros Airlines was founded on 27-Dec-2007 and is a charter airline offering both passenger and cargo services, based at Caracas Simon Bolivar International Airport. The airline operates with Boeing 737-500, Embraer EMB-120RT and Cessna 208B equipment.

NELLA Airlines acquired an equity stake in Albatros Airlines in Jul-2021. Albatros' official website and social media channels reflected the change with a new logo bearing the Nella name and branding.
