AirOne is an Indian carrier that operates from Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. The carrier operates chartered services with a fleet of Embraer E-Jet and ERJ aircraft, in addition to rotary-wing equipment. AirOne Aviation announced in Jul-2014 that it planned to launch scheduled regional services under a full-service model in 3Q2015. The carrier paid-up capital of over Rs 100 crore (USD16.6 million) and was granted a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from India's Civil Aviation Ministry. Mr Sharma planned to obtain a foreign investor, most likely an airline, to begin full service operations under a joint branding agreement, using either a leased Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 aircraft. However, AirOne deferred plans to launch full-service operations due to a failed investment bid, citing India's 5/20 norms deterred foreign investors. AirOne Aviation Private Limited stated it will continue to operate as a charter carrier.
