Air SGS (previously SGS Airlines) is a proposed Indian carrier to be based at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. The carrier intends to operate chartered services to Allahabad, Chandigarh, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kullu, Lucknow, Shimla and Udaipur, using ATR 72-500 equipment. Air SGS plans to dry lease two or three aircraft in its first phase of operations. It is promoted by the Subhaash Gulaati Group, a property development and hotelier headquartered in New Delhi The airline has registered capital of INR120 million (USD1.8 million), with plans to increase capital to INR200 million (USD3 million) once its fleet expands to five aircraft. In Jul-2016, SGS received a no objection certificate from India's Ministry of Civil Aviation and aimed to commence operations in 2016. A revised launch date has not been advised, it is assumed plans to commence operations have been abandoned.
