Air Mancora is a proposed start-up carrier that will base itself at Jorge Chavez International Airport, Peru. The start-up plans to launch domestic services to destinations in the north of the country. An aircraft type hasn't been confirmed. In Nov-2015, Peru's Ministry of Transport and Communications granted Air Mancora an air operator's certificate (AOC) for non-scheduled domestic air transport services of passengers, cargo and mail for a period of four years. The carrier is expected to commence operations in 2017, with services to Chiclayon, Talara, Tumbes, and Guayaquil using Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
