About
Transportes Peruanos Globales SA, trading as Aeroperu, is a proposed subsidiary of Peruvian Airlines. The airline issued a request to Peru's General Direction of Civil Aeronautics for a permit to operate commercial regular air transport of passengers and cargo from Lima Jorge Chavez International Airport. In Jul-2018, Peruvian Airlines signed an LoI for the purchase of 10 Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) aircraft for the new subsidiary. It was expected to commence service operations in 2020. A revised launch date has not been advised.
