About
Established in Dec-2011, VietJet Group is a Vietnam airline holding company of low cost carrier, VietJet Air and has a minority stake in Thai VietJet (9%). The group's parent company includes Sovico Holdings and HDbank, with 24% stake sold to more than 20 international investors following a pre-listing sale in late-2016. The group launched an IPO on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on 28-Feb-2017.
