ATSG operates subsidiaries engaged in the provision of domestic and international air cargo transportation (ABX Air and ATI - Air Transport International), aircraft leasing (Cargo Aircraft Management), aircraft maintenance (Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services) and airport ground handling (LGSTX Services).
Both principal airline subsidiaries hold separate and distinct U.S. FAA Part 121 Air Carrier certificates:
- ABX Air (100%, since Apr-1980)
- ATI - Air Transport International (100%, since Dec-2007)
- Omni Air International (100%, since Oct-2018 and finalised in late 2018)
