About
The Aer Lingus Group was a privately-held airline group headquartered at Dublin Airport, Ireland. The group consisted of Aer Lingus, the Irish flag-carrier and Aer Arann Regional, which had been operating regional services under the brand name Aer Lingus Regional since Mar-2010. Aer Lingus was partially owned by rival Ryanair (29.4%) and the Irish Government (25%) with the remainder of its shares being traded on both the Irish Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange. Aer Lingus Group was officially delisted after it merged into International Airlines Group (IAG) in Aug-2015. IAG owns a 98.05% stake in the limited company.
