Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services (SMATSA) is the air navigation services provider of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Montenegro. It is charged with the provision of air navigational services, including air traffic control officer training, flight training, flight inspection of ground based radio navigation aids and aircraft maintenance services, within sovereign airspace under Serbian and Montenegrin jurisdiction.
