Rakesh Narayanan:I'm right now in the distribution industry that's going through a huge change, and Sabre also is evolving, and we are coming out with new solutions in the marketplace in order to help the airlines to promote and position their products better so that they can increase their revenue yield and improve the customer satisfaction, right? So there's a significant change and investment happening on the technology on the airline side. Also on the agency side with the Sabre New Red Workspace, we are trying to come up with new point-of-sale solutions and the flexibility that is associated in order to support the changes that are happening in the marketplace. We don't want to be ones who are lagging, we're trying to get ahead of the curve and come out something better in the marketplace. For that, we need to understand what's happening in the market. and also how we react to it. So we see a significant change in terms of how airlines will distribute, how agencies will consume and distribute. Also from a technology side, on the airline IT side, we see a lot of changes. We see improvement requirement in the efficiency on the operations side, on the commercial side. And while, you know, we are committed to NDC and there's a lot of activity happening on the NDC side, there's also a bigger picture regarding NDC, right? So it's not just about offer, and about servicing and order management. Behind the scenes, how do you revenue manage it? How do you structure your network to best optimize from it? How do you distribute it? How both the direct and indirect channels handle that? So we see a lot of things happening in the marketplace, and we believe Sabre is positioned very well to address that. So that's one aspect from a change perspective in terms of distribution. What we also see is, you know, there are new entrants, disruptive technologies out there. We also see LCCs getting quite prominent, especially in Asia. If I'll go by the CAPA data, you know, 1 in every 5 flights used to be LCC. Now it's 1 in every 4, and it's going to get more and more larger in terms of market share. And that changes the dynamics for corporates, that changes the dynamics for the new travelers, market stimulation, and so on and so forth. So a lot of changes happening, and we're excited to be part of it and support airlines, agencies, and the entire travel ecosystem for the same.
