Ramzi:Good morning, everyone. Ramzi Kamel, Chief Commercial Officer. So I'm gonna talk to you a little bit about API today. And the interesting part is today airlines fly the most sophisticated aircraft known. But when it comes to accommodating a crew member on board that aircraft, most airlines are still using email or a fax machine. So this outdated approach and lack of automation can lead to significant human error. And also when you combine that with some of the industry challenges that we're all aware of, shortage of planes, parts, crew, a straightforward or a simple or minor operational disruption can lead to a major event, disrupting your crew members, disrupting their layovers, impacting their experience and the rest times. So our entire focus at API All of our technology is focused on one mission in mind, and that's making sure that your crew have a safe, efficient, and uneventful layover. And the way we do that is through our ACES platform. ACES will reside in the center of the crew accommodations lifecycle. The technology is going to drive the automation and the control throughout the crew member journey. As a result, it's going to deliver a highly reliable outcome. So if you think of ACIS, think of it as creating a bridge between the airlines and your suppliers. And that bridge has constant information flow back and forth. As a result, all of the information, the bookings that are required for hotels or ground transportation, either from the planning month Or the operating month are handled without any human intervention. About 95% of those bookings or transactions are made within seconds. Now, when you combine that with sophisticated features such as predictive blocking and other mechanisms that allow us to hold inventory, it's an additional area where we protect the crew layovers with ready-to-use rooms. So that way, when you do have an operational disruption, Our system will automatically scan your entire network and match crew members' heads with beds. So as we book all of these rooms, again, no fax, no email, fully automated with the hotel and ground transport suppliers. We're protecting the crew members, enhancing the experience, protecting the operation, and then we empower your crew members with that data. So they know exactly where and when they need to be. At the end of the crew accommodation journey, we further empower the airline with our digital invoicing platform. Since we know exactly what transpired throughout that crew accommodation lifecycle, now we empower you with reverse invoicing. So you're in the position to advise your ground transportation suppliers all of your hotels throughout your entire network exactly what you owe each supplier. As a result, it puts the airline in control and you have complete cost control throughout the entire process. So why API?
