Gautam Shekar:So I think as we discussed in the panel, for cargo operators, if you look at where we are today post-COVID and with the return of capacity and thereby downward pressure on yields, e-commerce presents a significant opportunity. For monetization. If you look at e-commerce today, almost all e-commerce is fulfilled by air cargo. However, it's not monetized nearly as much as the potential. So I think one of the, one of the trends going forward is, is to be able to integrate the first and last mile through the right technology and tools and to be able to monetize e-commerce and get a bigger share of the pie. So I think that presents a a really excellent opportunity for the cargo providers. As we went into the pandemic, you know, and cargo became the lifeline of the airlines, some of the operators actually doubled down on digitalization. If you look at the technology and the processes within a cargo operator, they were largely a bit— they were legacy in a lot of places. Digitalization was one of the areas they doubled down on, and it was largely in 3 areas. It was, and we work with a lot of our clients in these areas. The first was to do with internal processes. They started making manual processes more digital, automated, e-enabling them, mobility, and so on. The second area is connectivity, digital connectivity. They started expanding their ecosystems, go in and integrate with more demand sources of demand and supply and so on. And the third is digital intelligence. I think that was building the right platform to be able to use the data to make better decisions through analytics. For example, revenue management, capacity utilization, and so on. So these are 3 areas within digitalization where we actively work with our customers and present significant opportunities for cargo operators to be profitable and continue to be profitable.
