Italian Government is seeking to transfer airline slots away

from Rome Ciampino Airport to Rome Fiumicino Airport under a plan to reduce

the daily number of aircraft movements at the airport by 30%. From Nov-07, the

Government intends to cut the number of daily movements from 138 to 100.
