Poland's Polish Airports State Enterprise (PPL) has signed an agreement with two US consultancies for the preparation of a 'Strategy for PPL for the years 2010-2020' and 'Master Plan for Development of Warsaw's Chopin Airport for the years 2010-2035' studies. This development comes amidst growing speculation that PPL could be at least partially privatised this year; the procedure being driven by the government's Treasury department.
