Pearl River Delta airports sign development agreement
The five major airports in the Greater Pearl River Delta - Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen and Zhuhai - signed an MoU to strengthen co-operation and promote sustainable development of the airports in the region. Even if all five airports deliver on all of their planned expansions, they are not expected to be able to meet the rising demand for aviation services. With closer cooperation, the five airports will develop complementary operations to meet the demand for growth.
