NATS (UK) reports slowing Easter traffic
NATS, the UK’s private air traffic control services body, reports (17-Apr-08) it handled 196,304 flights in Mar-08, a decrease of 0.3% compared with the same month last year. The reduction reflects the impact of the Easter holiday period, which occurred in March this year as opposed to April last year. The Easter holiday period traditionally normally sees lower traffic volumes.
