Middle East unrest leaves stocks unsteady

Airline stocks in the Middle East tumbled yesterday, with unrest in Bahrain and Libya causing jitters in North African and Middle Eastern markets. Shares were down across the board for listed carriers in the Middle East, with Royal Jordanian (-4.8%) and Kuwait National Airways(-4.5%), parent of Wataniya Airways, suffering the most.

Air Arabia shares were relatively untroubled, down just 0.1%.
