Qantas-Air France expand codeshare deal

Analysis

Qantas and Air France announced (18-Sep-07) an expansion of

their codeshare agreement to cover twice weekly Singapore-Denpasar service operated

by Qantas, effective immediately.

The carriers codeshare on services to Australia via Singapore (since Dec-04), and to Australia via Hong Kong (since May-07).

These two frequencies operated by complement KLM's daily service from Amsterdam to Jakarta via Kuala Lumpur.

Passengers flying on the daily Air France service between Paris-CDG2 and Singapore will be able to connect with a Qantas service to Denpasar. The same service will be available in the opposite direction, between Bali and France. Air France's convenient service times ensure minimum transit time in Singapore.
