Menzies Aviation completes acquisition of Aeroground, INC

London (MEZIES AVIATION) - Menzies Aviation plc, has today completed the acquisition of Aeroground, Inc., a provider of air cargo services in the USA and Canada.
The acquisition will see Menzies expand operations at Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco and Portland and create five new operations at New York JFK, Chicago O'Hare, Dallas/Fort Worth, Vancouver and Calgary. The conditional acquisition was announced on 8 March 2006.
