Kenya Airways to double its services to India; Air Mauritius shares down -0.6%

Kenya Airways (0%) reportedly plans to double its services to India following the approval of a request from Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga, for the Indian Government to allow Kenya Airways to launch direct Nairobi-New Delhi and to also help the carrier increase the number of Nairobi-Mumbai services from the seven to 14 times weekly.

Air Mauritius' (-0.6%) shares were also down on Tuesday (16-Nov-2010).

Stock exchanges in the Middle East were closed on 16-Nov-2010 for the Eid al-Adha public holiday.
