Indonesia AirAsia Investing in international expansion: launches inaugural service to Singapore

Indonesia AirAsia launched its inaugural service to Singapore - from Pekanbaru - on 14-Aug-08. The carrier plans to launch Padang-Singapore service by the end of 2008. Indonesia AirAsia will operate a total of 12 weekly services to Singapore, comprising six times weekly service from Pekanbaru and subsequently six times weekly service from Padang, by the end of 2008.
