Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific, Dragonair April passenger traffic up 2.2 pct on yr

Hong Kong (XFN-ASIA) - Cathay Pacific Airways said that it
and unit Dragonair carried a combined 1.92 mln passengers in April, up 2.2 pct
from the same month last year.
The cargo tonnage carried by Cathay Pacific and Dragonair during the month fell 1.7 pct from a year earlier to 128,200 tons.
The passenger load factor for the two carriers rose 0.9 pct point year-on-year in April to 80.4 pct, while the cargo load factor was down 4.8 pct points to 64.9 pct , Cathay said in a statement.
