The Czech Republic's Vodochody Airport, a general aviation airport to the north of Prague, is in talks with several low-cost carriers to commence service. Penta, a private equity group that owns Vodochody, has plans to expand the airport to accommodate 3.5 million passengers per year and offer lower fees than other airports in the region.
