Bahrain Air - Fleet expansion continues

Bahrain Air has continued its fleet expansion, taking delivery of a new A319 in Nov-08. The aircraft increases Bahrain Air's fleet from two to three aircraft, with plans to increase its fleet to seven aircraft by the end of 2009. The airline will take delivery of two new A320s in Apr-09 and Oct-09, respectively. Bahrain Air will use these aircraft to increase its international operations from Bahrain International Airport, to Middle Eastern and South Asian destinations.
