ASEAN capital city 'open skies' threatened
The Secretary General of the Association of South-East Asian
Nations (ASEAN), Ong Keng Yong, warned that “slow progress” was
being made toward the end-2008 deadline of removing passenger restrictions on
air routes between the capital cities of the ten member grouping.
