Airlines, particularly full service carriers, offer a wide array of products and services. However, they relate mostly to selling seats on their own networks and those of their alliance partners. As such the focus continues to be, for the most part, on products (network, schedules, prices and cabin services) and not on outcomes or solutions to mobility problems desired by customers.
