Airports of the Future
The 'airport of the future' has long been a topic for discussion amongst those who see airports as being more than a facilitator of travel, a mere bus station for international journeys. How they will develop can be measured in many ways. Proposed technological advances are of course always popular with the public, to the vast majority of whom air travel is still exciting, and, in many cases, even a new experience. But for most regular users, airports have become the least attractive part of air travel, as security lines and congested terminals provide endless delays.
