HEICO Corporation is based in Florida, United States and was established as an independent third-party MRO provider in 1986. The company is FAA and EASA approved to provide its services in component, repair, overhaul, parts distribution, engine, airframe and maintenance. HEICO serves the commercial, regional, business and military aircraft markets. The company also has a number of subsidiaries including aircraft technology inc., blue aerospace, prime air, CSI aerospace, inertial aerospace services, future aviation, NIACC avitech technologies.
HEICO Corporation entered an agreement to acquire Wencor Group in May-2023. HEICO Corporation completed the acquisition of Wencor Group from affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and Wencor's management on 04-Aug-2023. Wencor became part of HEICO's Flight Support Group.
