DVB Bank SE offered a range of products and services covering the entire lifecycle of aircraft and engines including financing new airplanes right through to dismantling. MUFG acquired DVB Bank's entire aviation finance client lending portfolio, valued at approximately EUR4 billion, employees and other parts of its operating infrastructure in Nov-2019.
EnTrust Global and funds managed by SVPGlobal acquired DVB Bank Group's Aviation Investment Management (AIM) and Aviation Asset Management (AAM) businesses in Jun-2021.
DVB Bank was merged into DZ BANK in Aug-2022.
