Established in 1990, Volga-Dnepr Airlines is a Russian airline based at Ulyanovsk Vostochny Airport. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Volga-Dnepr Group, the carrier operates chartered freight services, specialising in the heavy cargo transport market using Antonov An-124 and Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft. Internationally, the carrier is based in UK, the United States, Ireland and China. Volga-Dnepr Airlines is a member to International Air Transport Association (IATA) and The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA).
