About
Pskovavia was a Russian charter operator, based at Pskov Airport near the Estonian border. The carrier provided scheduled passenger services in addition to charter cargo operations. Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) imposed restrictions on Pskovavia's AOC, but lifted the restrictions on 08-Feb-2017, following an extension. Rosaviatsiya suspended the AOC again from 03-Apr-2018 and annulled the certificate in 2019.
