About
Martinair Cargo is a full-freighter subsidiary of Air France-KLM SA. The cargo airline was established in 1954 by Martinair Holland NV and previously operated both passenger and freight services. Martinair terminated its passenger service in 2011 to focus on the cargo business. Today it is part of Air France-KLM Martinair Cargo, a dedicated cargo division operating scheduled cargo service to more than 250 destinations in 116 countries from hubs at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Paris CDG Airport. Air France-KLM Group took full ownership of Martinair on 30-Dec-08, following an agreement by the AP Moller - Maersk Group to sell its 50% shareholding to KLM.
