Azurair GmbH, also known as Azur Air Germany, was a German carrier based at Duesseldorf Airport. The airline was part of NW International BV. Azurair GmbH planned to operate three Boeing 767 aircraft with passenger charter services from Duesseldorf and Berlin to Palma de Mallorca, Egypt and Türkiye followed by the Dominican Republic. The German carrier operated as a separate unit to Azur Air. Azurair GmbH was officially registered on 27-Apr-2016, and commenced operations on 03-Jul-2017. The carrier filed for bankruptcy on 26-Sep-2018, and confirmed the cessation of air services.
