ZIPAIR COO: Evolution of personal devices 'contributed significantly' to service development

ZIPAIR Tokyo COO Shinji Nishio, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia, stated (01-Oct-2026) the evolution of personal devices has "contributed significantly" to development of ZIPAIR's services. Mr Nishio said the airline can provide "more advanced service" through passengers' personal devices than it could through seat back screens.
