Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport to remain closed

Indonesian Transport Ministry stated Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport will remain closed until at least 20-Nov-2010 as Mount Merapi is still erupting (ANTARA News/The Jakarta Post, 15-Nov-2010). The ministry stated it is awaiting a decision from the minstry's Directorate of Air Transportation on an appropriate time for the airport to resume operations. The airport has been closed since 05-Nov-2010 and was expected to reopen on 15-Nov-2010.
