WOW Air CEO: Passengers have become more cost conscious

WOW Air CEO Skuli Mogensen, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (27-Oct-2016) that LCCs need to be focused on maintaining the lowest costs possible in order to meet passenger expectations and demand. He said passengers are more conscious of value for money and low fares are more appreciated than a few years ago.
