Background ✨
World Kinect’s aviation gross profit rose 20% year-on-year to USD138 million in 1Q2026, driven mainly by the Nov-2025 acquisition of Universal Weather and Aviation’s Trip Support Services division, stronger European core resale contributions and higher government activity; it also rebranded to use “World Fuel” as its unified commercial brand while retaining World Kinect as its legal name1. In 1Q2026, it posted revenue of USD9685 million and operating profit of USD56.3 million (vs a loss in p-c-p), with aviation revenue of USD5045 million and aviation operating profit of USD57.6 million2.
