World Bank: South Africa must shift foreign flows to direct investment

World Bank's Africa economist, Shanti Devarajan stated South Africa needs to continue to attract capital inflows, while shifting "their composition towards foreign direct investment," (Bloomberg, 07-Oct-2010).
